Shipping

All orders are shipped within 4 – 7 days of order being received, using Australia Post.
Standard shipping times usually take 3 – 5 business days to deliver.

Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely pleased with your purchase.

We will replace or refund you in the event that your product is faulty. We ask you the customer to provide proof of purchase and to return the faulty item in its original packaging. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the product less any shipping and handling.

Return of an item to us must be within 90 days of purchase. Please send an email with image attached of the faulty item to sarah@wildflowerbelltenthire.com.au to discuss the return of your faulty product.
